Brandon and I both loved to cook and as many people knew, Brandon loved to talk about how to cook whatever you had bought or were thinking of buying.
I will continue to cook locally raised meat, bake with my hens eggs and use local farmers produce and fruit to make all those good things in jars that Brandon was so proud of.
I love preserving what each season has to offer. There is always a variety of local produce and fruit that can be frozen,dried or canned . As you eat the jam or sprinkle the dried herbs in a sauce ,that is when you get to relive the tastes of the season.
